I was born in 1949 in Novo-Ajdar village, Lugansk region, Ukraine. Graduated from Krasnodar Art College, Theatre Art Department. After graduation, I had worked as a graphic designer and then as a teacher in Novorosijsk art school.

Having moved to the city of Slutsk, Minsk region, I started working in a branch of Minsk Art Fund. Later on, I have dedicated 13 years of work to the Slutsk art school, which my friend and I have founded. During these years I focused exclusively on teaching, except for the last two years in USSR, when a creative breakthrough suddenly occurred. I have arrived to Israel in 1991.
